In a powerful collaboration, the Ministry of Education—together with INFORDEPE, DFAT through the PHD program, the World Bank, and dedicated educational mentors from the ALMA and EMULI programs—gathered with municipal education leaders to reflect on six months of impactful work supporting school leaders and teachers.

👏 During this session, participants shared key successes, discussed ongoing challenges, and explored practical strategies that helped them make real progress. Most importantly, they worked together to set new goals and shape an action plan for the months ahead.
