Dili, 09 September 2026 – The Minister of Education participated in the Inauguration of the Monument to the 4 Peladrus, held at the Cathedral Church of Dili.
The inauguration ceremony of the Monument was blessed by His Eminence Virgílio Cardinal do Carmo da Silva, accompanied by the Bishop of the Diocese of Baucau and the Bishop of the Diocese of Maliana.
In the same place, S.E. Cardinal Virgílio do Carmo da Silva expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the IX Constitutional Government, led by H.E. Prime Minister Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão, who took the initiative to build this beautiful monument. “Today we all witness the inauguration of this work”.
